Admissions

Admissions occur on a rolling basis. The highest enrollment periods are September and January, followed by the summer term. Space is limited and positions are highly sought after, so we recommend adding your child's name to our waiting list. Families on the waiting list are emailed regarding open spots based upon the date the application is received by our school, assuming age and schedule matches. Flexibility in schedules can help with an admissions offer.

We do ask that parents call or email to arrange a school tour prior to applying. This generally helps to assure that our teaching philosophy matches parent expectations. Children are welcome (but not required) on the tour.

Tuition and fees are based on the student's age and chosen schedule. Urban Child Academy accepts cash, checks and several electronic payment options for student fees. Urban Child Academy does accept credit cards for student applications only but not for other student fees or tuition.
